Our services
Information on this website describes our services in general. The scope, price, timelines and deliverables of any work are agreed separately in writing (a quote, proposal or agreement), and that written agreement takes priority over this website.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings, reach, enquiries and sales depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, social platforms, competitors and your market. We commit to doing the agreed work well and reporting on it honestly, but we do not guarantee specific results.
Free audits
Free audits are general recommendations based on publicly available information and tools such as Google PageSpeed. They are not a guarantee and you are free to act on them yourself.
Client portal
Portal access is personal to the people we invite. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them. We may suspend access that is misused.
Content and intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to LoudFunnels. Ownership of the work we create for clients is set out in the client’s written agreement.
Third-party platforms and links
We work on and link to platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp and website hosts. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, LoudFunnels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
